NET RESULTS is a computer consulting firm that specializes in servicing the computer needs of small businesses. Networking, hardware and software installation, troubleshooting, and web site design are the firm's primary areas of expertise. Net Results has been providing these services to small businesses located in Philadelphia and the surrounding area since 1986.

Raymond W. Shay founded Net Results in February 1986, after a seven year tenure as the manager of information systems with an environmental firm. As the information systems manager, Mr. Shay designed, developed, and implemented minicomputer software solutions, developed and implemented a personal computer network strategy, and managed programmers and operators.

Now, as owner of Net Results, Mr. Shay works as a computer consultant and network integrator. He troubleshoots hardware and software problems and has also developed client specific software. Mr. Shay holds an MBA in Information Systems from Temple University and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Drexel University.

His son, Raymond T. Shay works for the firm designing web sites for the firm's clients. He has been designing web sites for over eight years, and has worked on more than two dozen web sites, including e-commerce sites. Ray is currently attending La Salle University in Philadelphia. He is double majoring in Digital Arts and Multimedia Design and Public Relations, while also minoring in Marketing.
